Rak Nathwani has served as a Police Officer for Northamptonshire Police for 11 years, during that time he qualified and worked as a detective constable in a variety of roles including CID (Crime Investigation Department) FLO (Family Liaison Officer) & Dealing with matters of National Security. 

Throughout that time Rak gained an enormous amount of understanding, skill and experience from carrying out this variety of challenging roles. Prior to working with for the Police, Rak held a variety of positions within the private sector industry including with Dr Martens, where Rak worked for 11 years.

During this time he held a number of different positions including that of purchasing controller, Rak was tasked with and set up the purchasing department whilst completing his post graduate degree in Business Management. 

Towards the end of 2013, Rak was working as a Detective Constable on matters of National Security. Rak was also providing care for elderly relatives with worsening states of health which was very stressful and demanding on him. These pressures all combined one fateful day. Rak was in a high pressure environment and suffered a a mental breakdown.

This is when Rak as introduced to the healing fields of Wellbeing, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy. 

Rak quickly grasped the sheer & staggering potential for both self development and the potential of using NLP & Hypnotherapy to change his and other peoples lives for the better, this gave Rak the drive and impetus to kick start his own recovery and move past his own self limiting beliefs and obstacles to success on the path to creating a more compelling future.

Rak took the opportunity and rebuilt himself, he has fully recovered from his breakdown and gone on to help many people to make their own journey to recovery ever since.
